Glass Solutions, Inc. has both interior and exterior fabrication capabilities

which allows us to provide full fabrication services ranging from simple channel set glazing components, doors, and storefronts to fully unitized custom walls. Our facilities incorporate the industry’s state of the art equipment, processes and Lean manufacturing techniques. We continually strive to improve these processes and techniques, increase our capabilities – which includes adding additional equipment as necessary.

In-shop fabrication allows for

consistency, quality control and efficiencies to be reformed at the highest standard in the Lean fabrication process. Demand for unitized systems is not only growing from architects and general contractors, but also from the glazing contractor community itself. We have recently developed and tested our own UCW 3400 unitized curtain wall system and continue to discover new innovations in the industry.

With shorter schedules, crowded jobsites, weather and a shortage of union glaziers- unitizing allows us to enclose a structure in a fraction of the time it would take with conventional stick-built curtain wall systems.
